• 🔐 Respect privacy and security. Do not create projects that intentionally violate someone's privacy or security.
• ©️ Respect intellectual property. Respect copyright, trademarks, licenses, and other intellectual-property rights.
• 🤖 AI tools are allowed. You may use AI-assisted development tools while building your project.
• 🧩 Existing tools are allowed. Libraries, APIs, frameworks, datasets, and open-source projects may be used.
• 👥 Solo or team participation is allowed.
• ⚠️ Rule violations may result in disqualification at the organizers' discretion.
